17/12/2020 As a consequence of the implementation of its new organizational model and structure, it has entrusted us with the search for a Health & Safety Manager Europe.


To join a multinational team committed to driving forward the safety culture of the company. Reporting to the Corporate H&S Director, you will make a vital contribution to improving performance by leading behavioural change.
You will also be responsible for establishing policies and executing the roadmap of H&S standards that will create and maintain a safe workplace, serving as a technical reference point for safety issues across regional businesses.

Main tasks:

-Leading regional H&S implementation (policy, procedures and company standards), H&S regional strategy and promoting safety culture in the company.
-Delivering and deploying group-wide performance improvement programmes to the factories and local business units. Managing and drafting of general and/or transversal H&S processes in Europe region in the company.
-Working closely with local teams to determine needs & constraints, sponsoring regional H&S initiatives to develop safety awareness and optimum Continuous Improvement solutions.
-Ensuring operational H&S compliance policies relating to Company Management System and regional safety regulations and legislation; also assessing emerging trends and legislation and communicating relevant information on legal requirements within area of expertise and territory.
-Establishing and driving management cycle to monitor performance in H&S KPIs and following up local action plans.

-Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in engineering-related field. Master’s degree in Health & Safety is a must, also English.
-About 5 years’ experience in coordinating safety teams in industrial and multinational organizations, working internationally.
-Experience of Lean, 5S, Kaizen or Agile methodologies.
-Excellent analytical and communication skills; also leadership ability to interact at all levels of seniority within a large organisation.
